My path has not been linear.

It’s been messy, magical, heartbreaking, and divine.

I’ve been cracked open by loss, transformation, and beginnings disguised as endings—jobs, relationships, identities, entire lifetimes burned to the ground and rebuilt again.

I know what it feels like to start over.

To question everything.

To crave something more aligned.

And to still choose joy, softness, and purpose—even when the way forward isn’t clear.

This isn’t just my story. It’s a mirror for yours.

I don’t claim to have it all figured out.

But I do know how to walk beside you as you remember your own wisdom.

I’ll hold space, reflect what’s true, and offer the tools, rituals, and cosmic nudges that have helped me (and countless others) rise again and again.

2020 started a cycle of change and challenge for many, if not all of us. I personally faced depression and anxiety as I started to question my role in this shifting environment. Many of my relationships began to evolve and even dissolve as I faced obstacle after obstacle.
